Whether you are a new Christian or well seasoned, this is a good introduction or reminder about some practices encourage our growth in faith and our relationship with God. Prayer is vital, even if you aren’t sure how or what to expect. God expects it. Fasting is also expected. Experiencing it is profound and transformational. Journaling, well it speaks for itself. It’s a matter of recording your spiritual discoveries whether they originate in your bible intake or life experience. When discoveries are recalled you can retrieve the details and sometimes even the emotion of the discovery moment.
